Personalised Products
Due to the customised nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly before placing your order, as we cannot amend or cancel orders once production has started.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement. Refunds may be issued where necessary in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Non-Personalised Products
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is in resaleable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
