Refund and Returns Policy

At Bediva, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, seals, and labels.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
  • Personal care or beauty products that have been opened.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).

These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items.

If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your original order (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Bediva will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a suitable solution.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request to cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard returns process.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
